I have been involved in the Construction industry in Utah since I was a youth.  I helped with a remodel of our home when I was 8, threading pipe, running electrical, and finding tools for the real workers around me!

I roofed my first, non family home when I was 12 years old.

From there I progressed thru various trades with some of the best mentors of those trades that existed!  Mentors are incredible! 

By the time I was 25, I was in a business partnership building homes and we grew that business to the 5th largest residential construction Company in the State.

From there, there were politics involved in the partnership, we eventually went our separate ways and I even took a hiatus from Construction of a while. 

I have been active as a volunteer in the Boy Scouts, serving in Unit, District, and Council positions. I have even taken a couple of summers off from construction to work at a Scout Camp as a Program Director.

I now have a couple of grandkids and fully understand what my father in law used to say.  “If I had know grandkids were so much fun, I would have skipped the kid part and went directly to the grandkids!
